I'm Kristina Elizabeth, a FREDERICKSBURG, VA based portrait photographer
I CREATED THIS MISSION BECAUSE IN 2020 I became a member of the 40+ club.
It was a crazy year for us all, but one thing I noticed while stuck at home, was there were lot you young beautiful women in ads - yet not many looked like me or the women I photograph...
I also noticed, there seemed to be a fear about aging among younger women, approaching the big 40. I believe we notice the age drop off and understand that with no representation - we lose our voice.
As a photographer I decided I could do something about this. I am making an effort this year to capture 50 amazing women who are 40 and older. I want you to tell your story, share your wisdom and capture that amazing spirit that develops within us with each passing year.
My question to you is: Are you ready to help me change the way beauty is defined?

HOW MUCH DOES THIS COST?
A session fee of $250 is due upon booking. This includes the following:
~ A Consultation to discus your story & how you would like to be photographed.
~ Professional makeover on the day of your session.
~ Time, talent & creativity of a professional photographer.
~ One 7x10 print from your session & $200 towards the purchase of any other prints.
~ A 1 - 2 page spread in a magazine dedicated to this project
~ A ticket to an art exhibition, specific to this project.
THE PROCESS:
personalized styling
Each woman chosen for this project will receive a personal consultation. During this session, we will discuss your story and design a shoot specific to you. I will coach you on what to wear. I can even make you a dress specific for your shoot . We will decide on 4 separate looks for your session.
magazine style makeover & photoshoot
On the day of your session, just come as you are. This is your chance to be pampered and experience a professional photoshoot. I will fully guide you through an amazing experience.
magazine style photo reveal
Three weeks after your session, you'll return to experience what it is to be editor-in-chief. I will present to you - a complete portfolio of your images. Here you select & order your images. You will receive one portrait of your choice ($275 value) in print & digital format. You will also receive $200 towards the purchase of any other portraits. Be prepared to change the way you see yourself!
DEBUT in an exhibition
Upon completion of our project, I will host an exhibition featuring a portrait from each woman who has participated. You will recieve a ticket to attend this event and you will also be included in a magazine dedicated to covering this project.
